Mixed Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
Pwarn/Shrimps 100 gms
Chicken bone less skinless(chopped) 100 gms
Lamb/Mutton boneless(chopped) 100 gms
Fish(chopped) 100 gms
Eggs 4-6
Carrot ( finely chopped) 100 gms
Beans finely chopped 100 gms
Cabbage finely chopped 100 gms
Capsicum finely chopped 100 gms
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Spring onions finely chopped 100 gms
Green chilies finely chopped 1 cup
Salt
White pepper
Corn flour
Soy sauce
Agina motto
Oil for stir frying
Long grain Rice.
Method:
1. Cook rice along with salt and spoon full of oil in it. Set them aside in wide pan to get stiff and separated rice.
2. Marinate prawn, fish, lamb and chicken each separately.......with 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of corn flour, salt, agina motto and pepper.
3. In a large pan pour oil and add onions and green chillies and stir fry it. And set it aside.
4. In the same pan stir fry all the vegetables(except spring onions) with salt and agina motto in it. Set them aside.
5. In the same pan add oil and scramble the eggs with little salt added to it. Set them aside.
6. In the same pan add oil and stir fry all the marinated prawn, chicken, Lamb and fish......each separately. Then set them aside too.
7. During the whole process of stir frying the flame should be maintained on high........at the same time care should be taken by not letting the vegetables to loose their natural color. Never lid the pan while stir fry. Never add water to vegetables or non-vegetable stuff in order to cook.
8. Just before having food......add oil in a large frying pan and add rice, eggs, chicken, lamb, fish, shrimps, onion, green chilies, vegetables and chopped spring onions.......add few spoons of soy sauce and stir fry altogether on high flame.....till the rice and its contents are well mixed and warm enough.
9. Serve them with soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and white pepper.
10. Garnish them with spring onions.
