Apple Bajji:
Ingredients:
Apple 1
Bengal gram flour 1 cup
Chili powder 1 spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
Salt
Soda 1 pinch
Oil for frying.
Method:
Slice apple into desired shapes....remove the seeds.
Mix all the above said ingredients in a large bowl(except oil and apple) Make a thin batter out of it.
Heat oil in a deep pan....Dip the apple slices in the batter and fry them in oil.
Leave over kitchen tissues.
Serve hot along with chili and tomato sauce.
