Kanchi Milagu Dosai:(Version 1)
Pepper Dosa.
Ingredients:
Dosa Batter 1 bowl
To be Toasted and Powdered:
Peppercorns 1 spoon
Cumin 1 spoon
Asafoetida 1/4 spoon
Method:
Mix the powdered spices in dosa batter. Let this sit for a while.
Heat up a griddle, smear oil....and make a thin crepe. Turnt o the other side.
Spicy pepper dosa ready. Serve along with coconut chutney.
