Oh Wow! You're so amazing! I've learned so much about jack fruits from you. I'm a BIG fan of jack fruits, so I'll definitely give this sweet dumplings a try. But I have to make a jam first:)

i love jackfruit fritters. We make it a little different..grind together boiled jackfruit, jaggery, raw rice and spices and fry them as dumplings. WIll try this stuffed version next time around!

My Dad's elder sister used to make it when we were kid. It tastes amazing.. We still have the jackfruit tree at home which gives lots of jackfruit ..And as said..iit is distributed to aa lot of family and freinds...
